The 8th set in my Japan series, taken in late 2003. We stayed with two host families in Yamatsuri (a rural town in Fukushima) over about a week before going to Tokyo. During their weekend with me, my second host family took me across the border to Ibaraki to see the Ryujin Great Suspension Bridge. The bridge itself was not really much to look at, but the view was beautiful. Here is such a view, of a hikers trail below.
