This photo also shows the contradictory aspects in the afflicted areas of this disaster. A half of this city, Rikuzen-Takata has submerged by the crustal alteration of the quake, so clouds of seagull has settled into the former harbor district. Seagull in Iwate are known by their friendliness to people and, they are still friendly in the vast wreckage in Rikuzen-Takata, where nobody lives after the tsunami.
